Refund policy

If you wish to return an item, please email us at office@boyacrayons.co.za within 14 days of receiving your order to log your return.

Please note:

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• We do not accept returns of opened or used packages.
• Returned items must be in their original, unused condition.
• All returns are inspected upon receipt before a refund is processed.
• Once approved, refunds will be made to your nominated account within 7 working days.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the item does not meet our return conditions. If we refuse the refund, the items will be returned to you at no additional cost.
